About Us

Because With Us, It's Personal

We launched Catalys as a reaction to a growing trend we couldn't ignore: too many freelancers and performance marketing firms were popping up, quick to onboard clients and even quicker to disappear. We’re here to deliver real results and earn back your trust.

Our Mission:
We’re not just another marketing agency, we’re your brand’s biggest fans.

At Catalys, our mission is to be your go-to performance marketing team. We know the field is packed with flaky freelancers and run of the mill agencies that ghost or just don’t deliver, and how frustrating that is. Why? Because we’ve been there, done that; And we want to make a change.

We’ve all been entrepreneurs; from E-commerce, drop shipping to affiliate marketing and retail stores- we’ve done it all. So when you partner with us, you don't get marketeers, you get a team that understands business. Our data driven strategies are not just about numbers but also a commitment to making your brand simply, better.

Our History

We know it all because we've done it all

What started as a team of three working on WhatsApp and Google Meet has now exploded into a full-blown virtual office, complete with high-tech app integrations. We've built an organization on solid processes, with well-knit, cross-functional teams obsessed with data-driven and creative strategies that deliver results that speak for themselves.

How did it all start

We hit the ground running as Pyde Pyper Marketing, armed with just a couple of brands and a dream. It all started in a WhatsApp group, then we graduated to Google Meet, and finally settled into our virtual space on Gather. It was all about trial, error, and tech—lots of tech!

We leveled up!

Brought on an ops genius to smooth out the bumps and started pulling in some seriously cool clients through word-of-mouth. Things got real slick, real fast.

What a rush!

Our tiny team exploded to 40+ movers and shakers. We upped our game with a swankier virtual space, landed big fish clients, and built a rockstar graphics and copy squad. And oh, we rebranded to Catalys

How did it all started

More clients, more dough, and hey—a shiny new website (thanks to giving our copywriters some well-deserved love). Plus, we outgrew another gather office and kicked off our off-site meet and greet event- Limitless.

From Side Gigs to Market Leaders: The Evolution of Milind and Arpit

Milind and Arpit Gupta started Catalys with one clear purpose: to build an agency that’s honest, hands-on, and committed to real growth. Through years of learning, failures, and successes, they know what truly makes brands click. Catalys is their way of cutting through the industry noise and hype, bringing brands a partner who’s as invested in their success as they are. Together, Milind and Arpit bring grit, experience, and a straight-shooting approach focused on helping clients grow in ways that matter.
At just 14, Milind started his first small business, tracing puzzles from comics and selling them as handmade puzzle books to his friends. This was his first taste of entrepreneurship.

By 17, Milind was selling gigs on Fiverr, offering to write names in the sand on a Hawaiian beach photo. Without telling anyone, he used his dad’s PAN card to set up a PayPal account, which led to his first ₹150 online. That’s when he realized that making money online was real.

As the Fiverr gig picked up, Milind started making around $50-$100 a month. To keep up, he brought Arpit into the business, splitting profits 50-50. Over the next year, they earned $11,322, learning the power of teamwork and delegation.

The brothers got into affiliate marketing, learning PHP and FBML to create apps on social media. Milind handled the tech, while Arpit focused on driving traffic. Together, they earned about $300-$400 a month through CPALEAD LLC, learning how to monetize content online.

Milind left CPALEAD and teamed up with Arpit to dive into dropshipping via clickfunnels. They scaled one funnel to $1.8 million and eventually sold it, earning the 2 Comma Club Award along the way.

They began consulting for D2C brands and agencies, noticing that many agencies were overloaded; each full time employee had to juggle atleast five brands just to keep the agency afloat! This obviously led to poor service quality, since the core objective of the agencies was to remain in business and not to improve their service offerings. It was not shocking to hear D2C brand owners' horrifying stories of being ghosted, scammed and misguided in the name of performance marketing.

We all know Baniya's love food and have a knack for business, so it was not surprising when their next venture was to open a sweets shop; investing ₹1.5 crore and running both an offline store and a D2C website with a complete manufacturing unit. They saw success, with daily sales hitting ₹2.5 lakh a day. Their goal was to scale, but COVID-19 hit hard, turning their investment into a ₹2.5 crore debt.

Left with a significant debt after the sweets business shut down, they had to rethink their next move.

With limited options, Milind and Arpit launched Pyde Pyper Marketing. They realized that no matter what project or business they took on, marketing had always been at the heart of scaling it. This led to what would become Catalys—a fresh start, built from everything they’d learned about growing a business the right way.
